First Time to Johor... Avatar

21/12/2009 Monday... Exciting...
Yesterday LaoDa asked me to go Johor...
accompany JEFF and SERENE...
JEFF is the supervisor for IOI branch...
SERENE is the assistant manager for THE CURVE branch...
for a meeting with some Japanese management team...
to get some advice from them to improve the sales for DAISO in Malaysia...
now the sales for all DAISO branch in Malaysia is very bad...
wake up at 4 in the morning...
hell...
yesterday i slept at around 1 am...
only slept for 3 hours...
pack all the stuff needed...
some clothe also...
LaoDa told me that we might stay one night there...
if the thing cannot be done in one day...
after having my breakfast which in the mamak opposite my house...
i wait them in IOI bus stop...
SERENE will pick JEFF up first then only me...
IOI is so silent and it's toilet is so dark and terrify...
without the light...
hmm...
SERENE drive to highway...
then JEFF will take over...
the highway is so empty...
and JEFF was like driving around 120 km...
i sat beside him...
even i also feel sleepy...
i wish i can control the pedal...
but on and off i talk with him...
to avoid the journey become tedious...
we reach there at around 10.00am...
take around 4 hours...
and shorter than what i expected...
which i thought JOHOR is a far place that need 5 or 6 hours...
the place named BUKIT INDAH...
the shopping complex is owned by JUSCO...
called AEON JUSCO...
it is damn big and beautiful...
whole of the building is cover with glasses...
can see inside from outside...
it is like another THE CURVE...
more or less...
from the information we get...
those Japanese people will reach at 10.00 also...
but they already there when we reach...

our position is higher .. ^^
haha...
then around 11.00 they start give some briefing...
they brief for around 2 hours...
maybe should not call brief...
perhaps advice and suggesting...
haha...
then have a lunch...
i didnt follow them...
JOEY ask 2 of her staff accompany me to have my lunch...
YEAH...
we went to a place which i forgot what is the name...
something like stonegrill behind the name...
i was keeping my eye on it since i reach there...
obviously we know from the name..
the meal is related to stone...
haha...
we can choose variety of meat...
lamb[boneless, rib, ] beef[T-bone, new zealand,...] cuttlefish...
ostrich<--nice... but father not here ... ^^
also some other ...
like tom yam, friend rice...
haha...
i chose lamb...
they will provide u a large stone which like 15cm x 10cm x 5 cm...
approximately...
with 400 degree Celsius...
and a fresh meat above it...
need cut urself and put it on the stone to cook it ...
actually can ask the waiter to cut for me...
but i just want to try ....
haha...
if got next time...
just let them cut ...xD
around 2 pm...
the real meeting start ...
they start meeting...
i didnt join them...
but i play around at sales floor...
help displaying... observing around like security guard...XD
haha....
screwww...
the staff there is very hardworking and serious...
obeying the rules and regulation exactly...
following the proccedure...
there just keep doing their job for few hours...
never go other place never go toilet...
i was like ... what the hell...
if our branch... we are just like queuing for toilet ...xD
play in front of supervisor...
leeching in store room...
hanging around at others place... {i think me only... haha ^^V}
hmm...
another thing...
their customer...
just dressing very casual...
as what LaoDa said to me...
the crime there is very serious...
so they just pretend to be not very rich...
but the shopping complex is very empty...
less customer...
err... ya ...
the shop lot for DAISO is not good also ....
it is very noisy...
the place is like ... beside it is the arcade place...
which full of blasting and racing sound...
outside it which is the shopping complex is just keep announcing something...
inside the shop they is opening their own sound...
i feel very annoying especially the sound from beside...
suckx...
the meeting is just 2 hours...
which quite long for JEFF as he do not have the chance to smoke from morning...^^ lolx
they are talking stuff like ordering.. how to improve...
explaining the problem faced ...
and we can go back to IOI ^^
do not have to overnight there...
yeah...
after JEFF drive until the highway..
then he ask me to drive as he do not have good rest since morning...
^^... ngek ngek ...
lolx...
INNOVA 2.0 is just not that powerful as i thought...
maybe the chasis is heavy...
and i am not sure weather the pressure for the tire is enough or not...
it start shaking where 150...XD
it should be stable...
haha...
i drove at around 140...
saw 3 accident from morning until when we went back...
all related to lorry...
causes by sleepy ? ...
reached home around 7.30...
around three and half hour...
screw by mum say that i drive very fast...
sien...
after bath then find some friends to accompany me for dinner...
went to One Puchong Cafe...
quite good...
but it located beside a street...
car passing by...
went back and sleep after done my mask...

Work with my sub in the morning...
solved most of the problem face...

bass too boomy (solved)
- decrease the bass and make the bass more tight
clarity not in standard (solved)
- change the cable to gold plate and some optic fiber {enhance bass and clarity}
overheat problem [car always expose to sun] (progressing)
-finding material to mod a 12cm fan
high pitches for radio mode (progressing)
-never look into it yet... most probably tweeter problem...
buzz sound from tweeter (solved)
-some wiring problem...
people behind heard the bass more (unsolvable)
-sub in the car boot... only can minimized the effect...

the whole system is assemble by myself ... ^^

wake up at 9:51...
and i told YHEN to pick her up at 10.30...
haha...
quickly bath... style....
the time is prefect...
finish all at 10.30...
and i reach her house around 10.40...
IU IU followed us too as her did not worked...
unable to decide what to eat...
i was suggesting to eat nearby SUNWAY...
by suddenly we went to PJ eat dim sum ...
SS what i forgot already...
long time did not go there ...
last time my family and i used to eat there when we was still staying in SUNGAI WAY...
hah...
when we reached there...
it is around lunch time...
and just normal stuff still available like fish ball xiu mai...
not more the fried food...
after that just go sunway and shopping...
we watch AVATAR too...
it is an awesome movie where it is very creative that...
the author can think of finding resources in other planet...
and also controlling the avatar using linking system...
it is also boring that the story line is just normal ... ermm...
like people able to predict the end at the beginning...
which the main character will help to protect the forests...
