Insomnia .?> O.o

According to HelpGuide.org...
The reason of insomnia are

  1. Are you under a lot of stress?
  2. Are you depressed? Do you feel emotionally flat or hopeless?
  3. Do you struggle with chronic feelings of anxiety or worry?
  4. Have you recently gone through a traumatic experience?
  5. Are you taking any medications that might be affecting your sleep?
  6. Do you have any health problems that may be interfering with sleep?
  7. Is your sleep environment quiet and comfortable?
  8. Are you spending enough time in sunlight during the day and in darkness at night?
  9. Do you try to go to bed and get up around the same time every day?


  1. Define a lot ... ? I believe i do have stress but not sure "a lot" or "a little"...
  2. Depressed ? Erm... sometime maybe... emotionally flat or hopeless ? I would say yes for emotionally flat but a big NO for hopeless... =) WAIT... Are they same??? =(
  3. struggle with chronic feelings of anxiety or worry? Em... that was like.. Erm... waiting to die... =D... No for this too...
  4. traumatic experience? No... =)
  5. medications that might be affecting your sleep? Oh Yes... i took sleeping pill before sleep... that why i cannot sleep =D =D =D.... LOL... *sarcastic*
  6. health problems that may be interfering with sleep? No... I do not have any diseases =(...
  7. sleep environment? Fantastically perfect... =)
  8. spending enough time in sunlight during the day and in darkness at night? Yes...
  9. to go to bed and get up around the same time? Recently NO... =(
